HOLISTIC DESIGN

A great deal of research has been undertaken as to what is needed and what type of development would best serve the interests of the residents, while simultaneously promoting economic growth. Complimenting colour palettes, natural materials and indigenous landscaping form the basis of the design and an avenue of trees will be planted along the main road, hence the name of this exciting new space, “The Avenues”. Green pockets lead into attenuation dams, park like spaces and public nodes. Designers are mindful of Hilton’s established guidelines and the aesthetics of the project are extremely important to all involved. This refreshing new “meeting spot” for locals is set to include spacious courtyards, lots of sunlight, wide boulevards and lush, green verges.
